Our 10 person crew showed up today, Tues, to fell a few more trees, cut them up and make firewood. A smaller crew yesterday felled the trees dawn in the ravine. Much of the wood was stacked up by Railroad St for pickup by those in need. There are still a few tops to cut up and a bit more stacking. We will hope for a nice day next week to finish off this task. The large ravine has been cleared and is ready to evaluate for a new drainage pipe. A huge thank you goes out to our newest volunteer, John Daugherty, who joined with Dennis Keyes, Vern Kern, Ed Scurry, Heath Neely, Gary Rhoades, Charlie Platt, Mel Risinger, Lisa Myers, Josh Wallin and Eric Feicht. These people ride the trails and they build the trails. All new volunteers are welcome.
